The D.R. Group

The D.R. Group is based over at 12E, 55/4 on Ballygunge Circular Road. It is one of those older parts of town with lots of trees and big old buildings that have been around forever. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a space where we handle our group operations. We have a few different things going on under this name. It gets a bit hectic sometimes with phones ringing and papers piling up on the desks. We’ve been here for a while and the staff is mostly local folks who know the city well. The traffic on Circular Road can be a real nightmare during the evening rush hour, so we usually try to get in early to beat it. We do a bit of everything, from managing projects to dealing with different clients who come by for meetings. It is a mix of quiet hours and then suddenly everyone is busy at once. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and we're there working. Sometimes we have tea together in the late afternoons to take a break from the computer screens. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this neighborhood, but we’ve managed to stay put. It feels like home to us now. We just focus on getting our daily tasks finished and making sure things keep moving forward. It is hard work, but we like it here on this road.
