Taj Bengal

Taj Bengal is situated at 34-B Belvedere Road in Alipore. This part of 700027 is quite green with a lot of big trees lining the streets. Our building has been here for a long time and you can see that in the architecture. It takes a lot of effort to keep a place this size looking right. We have a lot of hallways and rooms that need constant attention from the cleaning crew. The staff spends their mornings polishing the brass and making sure the floors are swept before the day really starts. Belvedere Road is usually quiet compared to the rest of the city, which is nice for us. We have a lot of windows that let in the light, but they are a pain to clean because they are so high up. Sometimes we have to use long ladders just to reach the corners. People come here for all sorts of reasons, and we just try to keep everything running without any hitches. It is a lot of walking back and forth for the people working here. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is just about being here in Alipore and making sure the gates are open on time. There is a lot of history in these walls, and you can almost feel it when the building is empty late at night.
