Swan Tutorial is situated at As 4/5 on Tegharia Main Road. If you know the area around Kolkata 700157, you know this road gets quite a lot of traffic during the day. We are right in the middle of it all. The space we have isn't massive, but we make the most of it. There are a couple of rooms where the classes happen, and we’ve tried to make them comfortable enough for sitting for an hour or two. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a few charts here and there, but nothing fancy. We started this because we saw a lot of kids in Tegharia needing a place to go after school. It’s a straightforward operation. We open the doors, get the chalk ready, and wait for the students to arrive. Sometimes the noise from the main road can be heard inside, but usually, once everyone is focused, it fades into the background. We have a few old fans that creak a bit, but they do the job of keeping the air moving. It’s a very local vibe here. Most of the people who come by live just a few streets away. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby, just a small entry where people leave their shoes. It is just a simple place for learning, nothing more than that. We just focus on the books and making sure the students have what they need to finish their work before heading home.
