Supriya Ritwik Benevolent Foundation

If you look for us, we are located in Uniworld City, specifically in Tower 7. The Supriya Ritwik Benevolent Foundation operates out of Garden Flat 701 on the 7th floor. It is a busy part of Rajarhat in New Town, Kolkata. The view from up here shows how much the city is growing every day. We started this foundation because we wanted to do something useful with our resources. Most of our days are spent coordinating different activities from this flat. It feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office, which is how we like it. We usually have files spread out on the dining table and phones ringing at odd hours. Being in a residential complex means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, but they are mostly used to us by now. We handle a lot of benevolent work, which basically means we try to lend a hand where it is needed most. It gets quite busy during the week. Sometimes we stay late into the evening just to finish the records. Kolkata is a big city, and being in New Town gives us a good base to reach different areas. We don’t have a big team, just a handful of dedicated people who care about what happens in our community. We take things one day at a time, trying to keep our focus on the tasks at hand.
