Sterling Resorts Ltd is based out of 58/55 Nagendra Nath Road in Kolkata. Our office is located in the 700028 area, which is a fairly bustling part of town. The road outside is always full of activity, with people going to and from work at all hours. Our building at 58/55 is easy to spot once you get onto Nagendra Nath Road. It isn’t a fancy resort itself, just the place where we handle the office work side of things. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other well. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or formality in the way we talk to one another. The office can get a bit noisy when the windows are open because of the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or chat until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have a polished mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have our daily lists and our computers. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We know the best places to get a quick bite to eat on the street. It’s a solid, reliable place to spend the workday, and it feels like a real part of the community. We like the grit and energy of being on Nagendra Nath Road every day.
