Our office is in the Purti Lake View building, specifically flat 3A1 on Jyotish Roy Road. It’s right here in Kolkata. Being in an apartment makes it feel more like a home than a regular office. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table working on different ideas. It’s a quiet enough place for a city like this. We don’t have a lot of people coming and going, just the core group of us. Most of what we do involves looking at how things are running and making small changes. We aren't trying to change the world overnight. We just do our bit from this flat. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just regular life for us. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the details. The view from the third floor is alright, you can see some of the trees. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or anything. Just the daily grind of trying to get things moving. It’s a bit tight in the office when everyone shows up at once. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls ourselves. It's just us. We don't have a receptionist or anything. We just answer the door when someone knocks. It's a plain way to work but it suits us fine. There is always something to do here.
