Star Village Holiday Resorts Hotel (City Office)

Our city office for Star Village Holiday Resorts Hotel is located at 155 A, Lenin Sarani. If you know Dharmatala, you know how packed it gets with people and yellow taxis. This is where we handle all the bookings and the paperwork for the resort. It’s not where the actual holiday happens, but it is where all the planning starts. The office is in an old building, typical for this part of Kolkata. It’s a bit noisy with the trams and buses outside on Lenin Sarani, but it is a central spot for everyone to reach us. We sit here most of the day answering phones and writing down reservations in our ledgers. It’s a small space, filled with files and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We aren't a big travel agency with flashy screens. It’s just us talking to folks who want to get away from the city for a bit. Sometimes the electricity flickers or the street noise gets too loud to hear the phone, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We keep things simple here. People come in to pay their deposits or ask questions about the resort facilities. It’s a practical workspace for our small team. We have been in Dharmatala for a long time, so we know the local chai wallahs and the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just a regular office doing its work every day to keep things moving.
