Our office is tucked away on Gurudas Dutta Garden Lane, specifically at 2/E. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone kind of knows each other. SRS Hotels and Resort started here because we wanted to be grounded in the local community. It’s not a flashy place, just a functional space where we handle the business side of running hotels. We’ve got desks, a few chairs, and a lot of coffee cups lying around most mornings. The lane can get a bit cramped if a big vehicle tries to come through, but that’s just the charm of this part of town. We spend a lot of time on the logistics. Managing resorts isn’t just about the pretty pictures; there’s a lot of boring stuff like maintenance schedules and staff rosters that we handle right here. We like being on Gurudas Dutta Garden Lane because it feels real. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We aren't some distant company in a high-rise. We are right here on the ground, dealing with the day-to-day realities of the hospitality industry. It gets busy, and sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through the pile of work. If you drop by, you’ll see we are just regular people working hard. We don't go in for big speeches. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make things work.
