At Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd, we spend our days at 58/1, P. Majumdar Road in Kolkata. It is a busy street and our office fits right in with the surrounding bustle. We handle marketing tasks for different businesses, which basically means we spend a lot of time on computers and in meetings trying to figure out how to get things noticed. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for the group we have here. We’ve got some posters on the walls and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around because we tend to stay late when a project is due. Being in the 700078 area of Kolkata is nice because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack or some tea during the afternoon slump. We don't really go for anything too flashy in the office. It's just a place to work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printers get jammed, just like in any other office. We just deal with it and keep moving. Our neighbors know us as the marketing folks down the road. We try to be helpful and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s not always glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and we like the rhythm of the place. Every day brings something slightly different depending on what the clients need from us, so there is rarely a boring moment in this corner of the city. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it’s finished.
