Cardinal

We are located at B41C/H/10 Biplabi Barin Ghosh Sarani, which is right near the Murari Pukur Loknath Mandir. Most people use the temple as a landmark to find us. Cardinal has been in this spot for a while. It’s a narrow street and things can get pretty crowded during festival times when the crowds come. You can hear the temple bells from our front door every morning and evening. We aren’t a big shop at all. It’s just a small space where we keep our stock and do our daily tasks. We don't have any bright neon signs or anything like that out front. Just a simple name on the door. We see a lot of the same people every day as they walk to the temple or head home from work. We like it that way. It feels like we are part of the local fabric of the street. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the steps and chat with the neighbors until it comes back on. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some shelves, a desk, and a couple of old chairs for whoever stops by. We don't really do much in terms of promotion. Most folks know we are here if they need us. We just try to be helpful and get through the day's work. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history. We’re happy to have our little corner here.
