Arindam Sarkar

I'm Arindam, and I've been running things from here in East Midnapore for a while now. Most people around the Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant township know where to find me at B-14/5. It's not a big fancy office or anything, just a regular place where I get my work done and talk to people who need help with various projects. I started this because I saw a need in our local area for someone reliable. Living in West Bengal, especially in a place like K.T.P.P., you get used to how things move here. It’s quiet most days, which helps me focus. I handle the day-to-day tasks myself, so when you call or stop by, you’re talking directly to me. There isn't a team of assistants or a front desk. Just a desk, some papers, and the work I do every day. People come by when they have questions or need something sorted out. I try to keep things simple and honest. If I can help, I will. If not, I'll tell you straight. It’s been a good way to live and work in the community. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather gets messy, but we manage just fine. That’s just how it goes here in Midnapore. I don't plan on moving or changing how I do things anytime soon. It works for me and the folks I work with.
