Adve

Our place is at 23/41C, Dpp Road, inside the Gaurav Palace building in Kolkata. It’s in the 700047 area, which is a pretty standard neighborhood with a mix of houses and small shops. Adve is just a small operation we run from one of the rooms here. The building itself is a bit older, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own, so most of us just take the stairs. We have a couple of desks and some old cabinets where we keep all our records. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in expensive suits. Usually, it’s just us in our casual clothes, trying to get through the daily tasks. The windows look out onto the street, and we can see the rain coming down during the monsoon season. We do a lot of coordination work and handling small projects for people who need things done without a lot of fuss. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work with what we have. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our days. We usually wrap things up by six and head out into the Kolkata traffic. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town, and that suits us just fine.
