Dsquare Creations

Dsquare Creations is our small workspace at 33-B, Sarat Bose Road. It is not a very large office, but we have enough room for our desks and all the design samples we’ve collected over the years. The building is older, so the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. When you walk in, you’ll see scraps of paper and color swatches scattered around. We try to keep it organized, but when we are busy, things get messy quickly. Sarat Bose Road is a noisy place with lots of cars honking, so we usually have a fan running to drown out the sound. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our computer and say hello. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some desk lamps that help. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and talking about different layouts. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, eating snacks at our desks. It is a bit cramped when more than three people are in the room, but we make it work. We have a small electric kettle for tea because we drink a lot of it during the day. It’s a practical place for us to work on our ideas without any distractions from the outside world. This office has been our home for a long time now and we like the location.
