Snowline Nivas Llp

Our office for Snowline Nivas Llp is at 1 Garstin Place in Kolkata. It is a bit of a quiet corner compared to some of the other main roads in the 700001 area. We are a small partnership and we have been at this address for a while. We don't manage a huge number of properties, just a few that we can look after properly. The building we are in has that old Kolkata feel to it. We spend most of our time in the office dealing with the day-to-day paperwork that comes with the hospitality business. It is a very simple operation. We don't have any big corporate meetings or fancy software. We just use what we need to keep track of the bookings and our expenses. The weather in West Bengal can be quite hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling systems are working for the guests. We aren't a well-known name with big signs everywhere. Most of the people who stay with us are just looking for a decent place in this part of town. We handle the cleaning and the small repairs ourselves with a little bit of help. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the accounts or talk to a supplier. We don't have any big mission statements. We just want to make sure the rooms are clean and ready. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now.
