Skv Foundation

The Skv Foundation is up on the 12th floor of the Sidco Global Tower in Salt Lake City, Sector V. It sounds more impressive than it feels when you’re actually sitting in Suit 1204. Sector V is full of tall buildings and IT companies, so it’s a very different vibe from the rest of Kolkata. We share the floor with a lot of other businesses. Our office is just a room with a few computers and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. Even though we are in a modern tower, we try to keep things down to earth. We spend a lot of time looking out at the city while we figure out our next steps. Getting into the building requires checking in at the gate, which can be a bit of a pain for visitors. We chose this spot because it's central for the people we need to meet with, but we aren't really corporate types. We drink a lot of coffee and try to make sense of the projects we have going on. The elevator is usually fast, but when it breaks down, that 12th-floor climb is no joke. We aren't here to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy carpets. We’re just here to get the work done. It’s a quiet office most days, unless we have a big meeting scheduled for the week.
