Sinha Tutorial

Sinha Tutorial is over at 201 Nawpara. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Bidhan Park Swimming Pool. You can often hear the kids shouting and splashing over there during the summer months. It is a local spot and we’ve been part of this Kolkata 700090 neighborhood for a long time. Our space isn't very large but it fits what we need. We have a few benches and a couple of old whiteboards that have seen better days. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when the school day ends and everyone rushes in at once. The light in the hallway is a bit dim but the main rooms are bright enough for reading. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people just know us from word of mouth around the pool or the park. We spend our time going over textbooks and helping with various school assignments. It’s pretty basic work but it’s important. The humid weather in Kolkata makes the fans a necessity and they are always clicking away. We have some tea in the back and sometimes the students bring snacks to share. It’s not a formal environment at all. We just want to make sure the kids have a place to sit and focus. Sometimes the traffic near the swimming pool makes it hard to park but most people just walk here anyway. It’s a simple life.
