Shyambazar Coaching Centre

This is Shyambazar Coaching Centre. We are located at 16/1, Bhabanath Sen Street. A good landmark to find us is the Bata shop in Bagbazar; we are right beside it. This part of Kolkata has a lot of history and we’ve been here for a bit now. The street can be narrow, but it’s a lively place to be. I run this center to help out the kids in the neighborhood with their studies. It’s nothing fancy, just some tables, chairs, and a chalkboard. We don’t have air conditioning or anything like that, just some ceiling fans that keep the air moving. I think people like that it feels like a real home or an old-school classroom. Being near the Bata store helps people give directions when they are coming for the first time. We are in the 700004 pin code area. My family has been in this area for years, so I know most of the people who walk past our door. I’m not really into using big words to describe what we do here. We just sit down, open the books, and get to work. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded when a lot of students show up at once, but we manage. It’s just a local business trying to do some good in Bagbazar. If you see the Bata sign, you’re basically there. We are always happy to see new faces from around here.
