Shriniwas Ventures Private Limited is located at 14 Hanspukur 1st Lane, over in the Posta area. If you’ve ever been to Posta, you know it’s one of the busiest places you can find. There are trucks and carts and people everywhere, all the time. Our office is right in the thick of that. We handle various ventures, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. It’s not a quiet neighborhood, but there is an energy to it that we like. Our space is functional and nothing more. We have some tables, some chairs, and a lot of documents. We don't spend money on fancy things because we’d rather just get the work done. The building itself is older, like most things around here. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, so we are always wiping down the desks. It’s just part of being in this location. We are a small team and we’ve known each other a long time. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of our neighbors are also in business, so there is a sense of community even if everyone is rushing around. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with our daily tasks. It works for us.
