If you're looking for us, we are quite close to the Sobuj Sangha Club, which is the main landmark everyone around here uses. Shanker Nath Bhattacharjee Classes has been here for a while now. The building is a bit tucked back from the main noise of the road. We have a small entryway where people leave their shoes when it’s raining outside. The rooms are filled with basic wooden benches and some whiteboards that we’ve had for years. There’s a particular smell of old paper and dust that you notice when you first walk in, but you get used to it quickly. We spend a lot of time organizing the schedules on the big board near the door. It’s not a corporate office, just a local spot where we do our teaching. We don’t have fancy chairs or expensive lighting. Most of the light comes from the windows during the day. Sometimes the local kids are playing near the club and you can hear them through the walls. We have a small desk near the window where we handle all the paperwork. It’s a bit messy with pens and notebooks everywhere. We just try to keep things moving along day by day. It’s a steady routine of opening up, doing the work, and closing down in the evening.
