Shainelex Advisors Llp is located at 11, Old Post Office Street. We are up on the first floor. If you’ve ever walked down this street in Kolkata, you know it’s full of history and old buildings that have seen a lot of years go by. The pin code is 700001, so we are right in the thick of things near the courts and all that. The office itself feels like many others in this part of town. It has high ceilings and those heavy doors that always seem to creak a little when you open them. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks dealing with various advisory tasks. It gets pretty loud outside during the day with all the lawyers and vendors walking around. We don't have a big reception area or anything flashy. Usually, there is a stack of papers on someone’s desk and the smell of coffee or chai in the air. It’s a practical place to work. We like the location because everything we need is within walking distance, even if the stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. It is just a group of us working here, trying to get through the daily list of things to do. We don’t really bother with corporate talk. It is just about getting the work finished and making sure the lights are turned off before we leave for the day.
