Satya Spa & Resorts Llp is at 3 Waterloo Street in Kolkata. Our office is right here in the 700069 area. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history on every corner. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just a few of us working together. We handle the spa and resort business from this location. We spend a lot of time on the logistics of the place, making sure we have the right supplies and that everything is scheduled correctly. Waterloo Street can get pretty jammed with traffic, but we like being in the center of things. We don't have a big marketing team to write our stories. We just tell people we have a place where they can come and relax. It’s a hands-on job. If something needs to be moved or cleaned, we just do it ourselves. We aren't afraid of a bit of hard work. We’ve been part of the Kolkata business community for some time now. We don't use those promotional phrases that sound too good to be true. We just offer what we have and try to be honest about it. It’s a small, local business and we plan on keeping it that way. We focus on the basics and try to make sure everyone who comes through our door is treated like a person, not a number. It’s just how we do things here in India.
