Sarkar Coaching Centre

We've been running Sarkar Coaching Centre from the first floor of Bhuban Apartment for a good while now. It is at 21/2/1 A on B N Ghosal Road, right near Natun Mahakali School. If you know that school, you basically know where we are. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a little steep if you are carrying a lot of books, but it stays relatively quiet once you get inside. Most of the students come from around Kolkata 700056. We started with just a few benches and some chalkboards. Things haven't changed that much in terms of how the rooms look, but we keep the fans running and the lights bright enough for everyone to see their notes. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out, but we just close the windows and get back to work. There is no big receptionist or fancy lobby here. You just walk in and find a seat. It is a practical space for studying. We spend most of our afternoons and evenings here, helping kids with their lessons and making sure they understand what they are reading. It's not a corporate office or anything like that, just a local spot where people come to learn. The address is easy to find if you tell the rickshaw driver to go towards the Mahakali school area. We like being part of this neighborhood.
