Our Kolkata office for Sandvik Asia Ltd is located on A.J.C. Bose Road. This is a very busy part of the city, and anyone who lives in Kolkata knows how the traffic can be around here. You can hear the trams and the buses outside all day long. We have a small team here that manages the local operations and keeps things moving. In the monsoons, the street outside can get a bit flooded, but we still make it to work. There are plenty of small shops and eateries nearby where we grab lunch. It is a very different vibe from an industrial estate. Here, you feel the pulse of the city. We don't have a big corporate sign, just our spot in the building.
