Our office is on Purba Sinthee Road in Kolkata. The exact number is 455/1. It’s right there in the 700 030 zip code area. Sandvik Asia Limited is what it says on the door. It’s a typical Kolkata street, always something going on outside with the local vendors and traffic. The building itself is nothing out of the ordinary. We’ve been based here for a good amount of time now. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish or shiny signs. It’s more of a place where we just get down to business. Purba Sinthee Road can be quite lively, which we enjoy most of the time. The office at 455/1 is where we manage all our local activities. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. We just rely on being consistent at what we do. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport hubs, but it’s a solid location once you get here. Inside, it’s just desks and chairs and the usual office equipment. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just work. Kolkata is a city with a lot of character, and we like to think our little spot on Purba Sinthee Road has some too. It’s just us, doing our daily jobs at Sandvik Asia Limited. Nothing fancy, just real people working in a real neighborhood. We keep it simple because that is what works.
