We have been at Be-77 for quite a while now. It is right there in Sector 1, and most of our days start pretty early because of the truck schedules. Cement is heavy stuff, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading going on outside in the yard. The office itself is just a regular place with some desks and chairs, nothing fancy at all. We sit here, handle the paperwork, and make sure the bags go where they need to go on time. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that is just part of the job when you deal with building materials every day. People come by asking about the current prices or just to see if we have enough stock ready for their small construction projects. We just tell them how it is without any fuss. It isn't always quiet here with the machinery and the traffic nearby on the main road. We have a small crew and everyone mostly knows what they are supposed to be doing. We do not really do big meetings or anything like that, we just get the work done. The location in Sector 1 is easy to find, which helps since people are always stopping in to talk. We keep a pot of tea going in the back for the drivers when they arrive. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans running to stay cool. It is just a straightforward business.
