Saha Tutorials is located right in the middle of Madhyamgram Bazar. If you’ve ever been down Madhyamgram Bazar Road, you know how hectic it gets with all the shoppers and the rickshaws. We’ve been here in this part of Kolkata for quite some time now. It’s a busy area, but that makes it convenient for the students who come to us after their school hours. The building is old, and we’ve taken up a few rooms to set up our classes. It isn’t anything fancy. We have wooden benches and some fans that hum throughout the afternoon. I think people like coming here because we are easy to find and we know everyone in the market. I spend a lot of my time talking to parents on the sidewalk or grabbing a quick snack from the stalls nearby while waiting for the next batch. We focus on the basic subjects that kids struggle with. There is no big front desk or a receptionist. If you need something, you just come in and ask for me. It can get a bit hot in the summers, but we manage. The noise from the market is always there in the background, like a constant buzz. It’s a very practical place. We don't have shiny brochures. We just teach. It is a small local business rooted right here in the bazar. That’s how we like it, and the parents seem to appreciate the honesty of the place.
