Royenn Foundation

Royenn Foundation is located at 2/4J R Dhar Road. It is a bit of a narrow street, so finding a place to park can be a real headache if you are driving a car, but we are used to that by now. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy enough and it keeps us dry when the big monsoon rains hit. We have a small office space here where we spend the majority of our time. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a security guard at the front. You just come to the door and knock. Inside, we have our desks pushed close together to make more room for all the boxes and file folders we have to keep on site. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a small electric kettle to boil water for our tea. It’s a very simple and straightforward way of working, but it suits us just fine. There are only a few of us on the team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you are helping clean up the office. We don't mind the extra work. It’s just how things get done here on R Dhar Road. The neighborhood is fairly active, so there is always some noise from the street coming in through the windows. We’ve been at this address for a long time and have become part of the area. It is just a normal life.
