The office is at 26/A Sahapur Main Road, right where Seema Gupta’s place is. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something going on outside the door. This isn't a big corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. When you come by, you’re likely to just see one of us at a desk with a cup of tea. Starting this was a way to be part of the local scene and do something productive. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling the daily tasks. Not a lot of fancy equipment is kept here. Our furniture is basic and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it gets the job done. A lot of time is spent talking to people in the neighborhood and trying to stay on top of our projects. Things aren't always organized perfectly. Sometimes a pen goes missing or we forget where a specific file was put, but it turns up eventually. Impressing people with a polished image isn't the goal. Working hard and being a part of the community is what matters. It’s practical work for practical people. Most days are spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboard. We like the bustle of Sahapur Main Road; it keeps us feeling connected to everything happening around us. It is just a normal life for us.
