Richeva Amani Foundation

Our office is located in North Dinajpur, specifically in a place called Bharna within the Chakulia area. You can find Richeva Amani Foundation at the address of MD. Mustafa Bhuidhar. It is a very rural part of West Bengal, so things move a bit slower out here than they do in the big cities like Kolkata. We actually like the slower pace though. Our building is a simple one, right in the middle of Kanki, near Karandighi. We don't have any big glass walls or air conditioning, just the local breeze and some sturdy walls to keep us out of the sun. The commute for some of us involves traveling down dusty roads, but that’s just a normal part of life here. We’ve been here for some time now and most of the families in the nearby houses know who we are. We spend our days mostly dealing with local matters and keeping our records in order. It’s a modest setup with just the basics—some wooden desks, a few chairs, and a metal cabinet to store our papers. We don't try to look like a big corporate business because that just isn't who we are. We are just local people working in our own community. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch when the weather is nice to talk about what we need to do next. It’s a quiet life in the 733209 area, but there is always enough work to keep us busy. It is home.
