Out here in Bidhannagar, we've got our setup for handling the agro side of things. It’s a decent-sized place, mostly taken up by the processing units. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with the local crops and getting them ready for transport. The yard gets pretty full when the trucks arrive from the fields. It’s not always the cleanest place because there’s always husk and grain flying around, but we try our best. We have a few guys who have been with us for years, they know exactly how the machines work. Sometimes a belt breaks or a motor acts up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it instead of working. That’s just part of the life. We don't do much advertising; most people find us because they need their stuff processed. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving sacks and keeping an eye on the moisture levels. The weather really dictates how our week is going to go. If it rains, everything slows down. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work. It’s steady, and it keeps us busy. We are easy to find if you are around this part of town. Just look for the big warehouse buildings. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a small room where we keep the paperwork and take a tea break now and then.
