Our shop sits right here on Ramkrishna Naskar Lane. It’s a busy spot near Balia Ghata where people are always moving around. We deal with all sorts of home appliances and parts. It gets quite cramped inside sometimes because we keep a lot of stock ready for whoever walks in. The building itself is just a regular place, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Most days start early with someone opening the shutters and checking what needs to be delivered or fixed. We’ve been around this part of the city for a while now, so people know the name Reglan. It’s mostly about getting the job done without too much talk. Sometimes the traffic on the lane makes it hard for the delivery trucks to get in, but we manage somehow. We have a small team here, just regular guys who know their way around machines and electrical stuff. We don't spend much time on office work or decorating. The walls could probably use some paint, but we are usually too busy with the appliances. If you walk past the Balia Ghata area, you’ll likely see our sign. We keep things pretty simple. There is no big corporate office or anything like that, just the shop and the storage area. It’s a bit dusty with all the boxes, but that’s just how it is when you’re handling heavy goods all day.
