Qmetrics Consultancy Services LLP. We are located over in Jadavpur, on East Road 11. If you’ve spent any time in Jadavpur, you know it’s got its own rhythm. It’s a bit of a student area with the university nearby, so there’s always a lot of energy and cheap food around. Our office is tucked away on a street that’s relatively calm compared to the main junction. It’s an old house converted into a workspace. The rooms are a bit small, but we make it work. We have bookshelves filled with old manuals and folders that nobody has touched in a year. The floor tiles are that old-fashioned kind you see in most Kolkata homes. We start our mornings with a lot of talk about the local news and who had the best breakfast. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get very busy with the actual consultancy work. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but that’s just part of living here. We usually take turns going out to get tea from the stall down the road. It’s better than the stuff we make ourselves. People around here are friendly, and we’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers pretty well. We don’t really have a big story. We’re just a group of people working out of a quiet corner of South Kolkata, trying to keep things moving. It feels like being part of a real neighborhood instead of a sterile office park.
