Professors Coaching Centre

Professors Coaching Centre is over at 2 B, Ram Ratan Bose Lane in Kolkata. If you’ve ever walked down this lane, you know it’s got that old Kolkata feel to it. Our place is tucked away there, and we have been using this space for teaching for quite some time. The pin code is 700004, so it’s right in that busy part of the city. Usually, the students arrive in batches. You’ll see them gathered outside the entrance waiting for the previous class to finish up. We don’t have any fancy corporate office or a big reception desk. It’s just us and the benches and the whiteboards. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where we grab a quick drink between the sessions. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve seen a lot of students pass through over the years. We focus on the syllabus and making sure the notes are written down properly. It’s a very local operation. We know most of the parents by name because they live just a few blocks away. On rainy days, the lane gets a bit muddy, but the students still show up with their umbrellas and bags. It’s just a normal coaching center where we try to get through the lessons every day. There isn’t much more to it than that. We just keep our heads down and do the work we’ve always done here in the lane. It is a steady way to spend the day.
