Our place, Prerona Restaurant & Resort Private Limited, is located at 3/76B in the Vidhyasagar Colony area of Naktala. Being in South Kolkata, things are always moving pretty fast around here. We run both the restaurant side and the resort parts of the business from this one spot. It is a bit of a mix because we have people coming in just for a quick meal and others who are staying over for a few days. We’ve been at this address in the 700045 zip code for a while now. The building is a regular part of the neighborhood. We don’t have a lot of fancy staff in suits. It is mostly just us and a few local workers who help with the cooking and the cleaning. Some days the kitchen is really loud and other days it’s a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time making sure the tables are wiped down and the food goes out reasonably fast. We don't do much marketing or post a lot on the internet. People usually find us just by walking through Naktala or hearing about us from someone else who lives nearby. It’s a practical business. We focus on the daily stuff like getting the groceries in and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever might show up. It’s just how we do things here in this part of the city.
