Power Vision Technology

Our shop, Power Vision Technology, is located right on James Long Sarani, near Sakher Bazar in Behala. It’s a busy part of the city, and there is always a lot of noise from the street. We mostly focus on technology products like security cameras and power backup systems. The space is a bit cramped because we keep a lot of boxes in the back and on the display floor. It isn't the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Usually, one of us is out on a call while the other stays to mind the shop. We get a lot of walk-ins from people living in the apartments around Behala who want to know how to keep their homes safe. We don't use a lot of technical jargon because most people just want something that works. We explain things in plain English or Bengali, whatever is easier for the customer. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea while watching the cars go by on James Long Sarani. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and everyone wants something fixed at the same time. We do our own installations, so we are often carrying ladders and toolkits in and out. It is tiring work, but it pays the bills. We've been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We just keep doing what we do.
