Built India Infra Projects Ltd.

You can find us at 156/B/3/C/1 B.T. Road, specifically at the top floor of Kamala Villa. Being on B.T. Road means there is a constant stream of traffic and buses going by, but up here at Kamala Villa, it’s a little bit removed from the street noise. Built India Infra Projects Ltd. is basically a group of us working out of this top floor space. We don’t have a massive corporate building. It’s more of a home-turned-office vibe. We spend our time looking at plans and managing projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but this is where the planning happens. The office isn't overly decorated. We have what we need to get the job done—tables, chairs, computers, and a lot of maps. Being in Kolk- 108 puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city. We’ve been at this for a while now, just slowly taking on projects and getting things built. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just work on infrastructure. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are on track. The view from the top floor of Kamala Villa lets us see the neighborhood we’re working in, which is always a good reminder of why we’re here. It gets hot in the summer under the roof, but we have some fans and we just keep going.
