MG Road is always crowded, and that is where we operate. Being at Dranzer Entertainment means we spend a lot of time on our feet. We handle a lot of different things related to events and shows, but it is mostly just a lot of organizing and making sure stuff gets to where it needs to go. The office is not very big, and we usually have piles of cables and equipment sitting around in the corners. It gets chaotic during the busy season when everyone wants things done at the same time. Sometimes we stay late into the night just to finish up a project. We don’t use those fancy management systems you see on TV, we just use notebooks and our phones to keep track of everything. It’s messy but it works for us. People come in and out all day asking questions. We try to help out everyone but some days are just harder than others. Traffic on Mahatma Ghandhi Road can be a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early if they want to talk. We’ve been in this spot for some time and we know the neighbors well. It is just a regular business run by people who like what they do, even if it is tiring most of the time. We don't have a big marketing team, it's just a few of us making things happen day by day. We hope to keep doing this for a long time.
