Phalaenopsis Consultancy Private Limited is tucked away on Princep Street. We are at P-41, on the 4th floor in Room No 422. The name of the company is a bit of a mouthful, I know. People usually ask us how to spell it or what it means, but we just focus on the consultancy work. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the 700072 area of Kolkata, though it’s mostly just rooftops and wires. The office is a decent size for what we do. We have some old wooden desks and a few cabinets that have seen better days. It is a quiet enough place to focus, which is good because the work can be quite detailed. Princep Street has its own character, very different from the main roads. It feels a bit more hidden away. We get a lot of mail delivered here and the postman knows us by now. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or modern furniture. We just need a place that works for us. Usually, someone is always on the phone or typing away. We take our tea breaks together when we can. It’s a simple atmosphere. No one is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just want to provide our consultancy services without making a big fuss about it.
