Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa

So, this is the office for Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa, but we are actually located over in Kolkata. Our address is H/B-14 in Baguiati, right near Aswininagar. It might seem a bit confusing to have a Goa resort office all the way out here in West Bengal, but this is where a lot of the administrative stuff happens. We handle a lot of the back-end work and talk to guests who are planning their trips from this side of the country. The office is in a pretty busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve got a small team here just doing the daily grind, answering emails and making sure the bookings are lined up. It gets quite humid in Kolkata, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool while we work. We aren’t the ones actually out on the beach in Goa, which is a bit of a shame sometimes, but we keep the wheels turning from here. It is mostly computers and phones and piles of paper on our desks. Sometimes people stop by thinking we are a travel agency, and we have to explain how it works. We’ve been at this 700059 zip code for a bit now and the local tea stall knows us all by name. Just a regular bunch of office workers doing our bit to make sure everything runs like it should.
