Panchwati Holiday Resorts

We are located up on the 9th floor of 3A Auckland Place. It’s right in the Circus Avenue area, post code 700017. Being up so high gives us a bit of a view, though we spend most of our time looking at files and booking schedules. This is the office for Panchwati Holiday Resorts. It isn't a resort itself, just the place where the planning and the paperwork happen. The elevator can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone in the building is moving around. We have a few desks and some phones that ring pretty often. Most people who come here are looking to figure out their travel plans or settle some accounts. It’s a bit of a quiet office compared to the noisy streets of Circus Ave below. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. It’s just a regular office door with our name on it. We work through the emails and the phone calls one by one. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when it's the holiday season, but we just keep at it. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know how to handle the usual questions. We don’t spend money on big ads; we just stay here in Auckland Place and do the work. It’s a simple setup with some old chairs and a lot of paper. That’s just how it is for us on the 9th floor, looking out at the city while we work.
