Orbit Abhinash Owners Association

Orbit Abhinash Owners Association is located at 170 Santosh Roy Road in Barisha. We are the people who own the flats in this building. Running a place like this is a lot harder than it looks from the outside. We have to handle everything from the security at the gate to fixing the lift when it gets stuck. We are just regular people with day jobs who try to keep the building running smoothly in our spare time. We don't have a fancy office. Most of our business happens in the hallway or near the parking area. We keep our records in some old files and try to make sure the bills get paid on time. It is a bit of a headache sometimes, especially when something big breaks and we have to figure out how to pay for it. But we all live here, so we have to make it work. We know each other’s names and we look out for each other’s kids. It’s a small community tucked away in Barisha. We don't have any big marketing plans or a professional staff. It’s just us, the owners, doing what needs to be done so we have a decent place to come home to. Sometimes we disagree on things, but we always figure it out in the end. It is just part of living together in a place like this.
