You can find Om Agency at 18, British Indian Street. It’s one of those old buildings that has a lot of character, maybe too much sometimes when the elevator acts up. We’ve been in this spot for years, and the walls are lined with old ledgers and boxes of files. It’s a narrow street, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. Most of us just take the bus or walk from the station. The office is usually humming with the sound of old fans and people talking on the phone. We don’t have those modern open-plan layouts you see in magazines. It’s just a series of rooms filled with desks and paper. Being in this part of town means we’re close to everything, but it also means it’s never quiet. We handle various agency works, mostly paperwork and coordinating between different parties. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s steady. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall downstairs, and we sit around and talk about the cricket scores or the weather. We don't bother with fancy brochures or a big online presence. Most people just know us by name and come directly to the door. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing, day in and day out, in this little corner of the city. There is always someone here if you drop by during the day.
