Suchita Power Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 9 Murli Dhar Sen Lane. We’re just off Central Avenue, not far from Mohammad Ali Park. It’s one of those old streets where the buildings are close together and the sunlight doesn't always hit the ground. We work with power equipment, mostly things like batteries, inverters, and parts for backup systems. Our shop is full of heavy metal casings and wires of all colors. It’s a bit cramped because we keep a lot of stock on hand. You have to watch your step so you don't trip over a cable. People come to us when their lights go out or when they need a new setup for their home or office. We spend a lot of time testing circuits and making sure the batteries hold a charge. It’s dirty work sometimes, getting grease on your hands, but we’re used to it. The fan in the back hums all day long to keep us cool while we work on the repairs. We’ve been in this lane for a good while, so we know the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a noisy, busy place, especially when the traffic on Central Avenue picks up, but it’s home for us. We just focus on getting the gear working again for whoever walks through the door. There is always a lot of work to do with all the power cuts.
