Out here in Ganganagar, in the 24 Parganas North area, you will find Pulsar Rubber Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. It is a bit of a journey for some, but for us, it is just where we go every morning. The factory is pretty big, and it always has that hum of machinery going. We make all sorts of rubber parts. It is hot work, especially in the summer, but that is just the nature of manufacturing. We do not have a fancy reception area. Usually, you just walk in and someone in a work shirt will point you the right way. We deal with a lot of industrial stuff, so things can get a bit greasy. It is a practical place. We have a team that knows their way around the molds and the presses. Most of us live nearby, so it is a local crowd. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. We would rather just be on the floor seeing how the production is going. The mail goes to the Ganganagar post office, which is how we have always done it. It is a steady pace here. Some days the orders are piled high, and we are working late. Other days we get to catch our breath. It is a real place with real people making things that people actually use. We keep it simple and keep the machines running as best as we can, even when the power goes out sometimes.
