Nivedita Tutorial For Kids is based in the Anandniketan Housing Complex on Harish Chandra Dutta Road. We are quite close to St. Xavier’s Institution, which is a major landmark in the Kolkata 700110 area. Being inside a housing complex makes the environment feel safe and familiar for the kids and their parents. It’s not a commercial building with glass walls or big elevators. It’s a regular apartment space where we have set up the tutoring area. We have some small tables and colorful chairs that are just right for the children. Since we work with kids, the atmosphere is usually a bit more lively than a regular office. There are always drawings on the walls and books scattered around the room. We don’t have a formal mission statement or anything corporate like that. We just want to make sure the kids understand their lessons and finish their homework. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the children talking all at once, but that’s just part of the job. The parents often stop by for a quick chat when they come to pick up their little ones in the evening. It’s a very friendly, neighborhood-oriented place. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting in the afternoon when the schools let out. It’s a simple, honest way of working, and we enjoy seeing the kids learn something new every day we are open.
