Nis Management Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the East Point Apartments over in Picnic Garden. We’re in Flat-1D on the first floor. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office block. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors or see kids playing outside. We like that it feels more like a home than a corporate building. Inside, we’ve got our computers and files set up. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We handle management stuff, which mostly means a lot of emails and phone calls. We don't go for those big marketing speeches. We’re just a small team doing our thing. Picnic Garden is a busy part of Kolkata, and getting to 5, East Point Avenue can be a bit tricky if you don't know the turns. We’ve been in this flat for a good while. The paint might be peeling a little in the corner, but it’s our space. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting. We just go through our tasks one by one. There isn't a big sign outside, so you have to look for the apartment number. We like the quiet pace here compared to the main roads. It’s just us doing what we do every day. It's a bit of a walk from the bus stop though.
