Neeranand Regency

Neeranand Regency is located at Plot No. 1 on Ashu Biswas Road. We are right by the Cartridge World shop and near the Bank of Baroda in the Bhawanipur area. It is a decent spot in a part of town that stays active all day and night. We have been running this place for a bit now. It is not a massive hotel, just a standard spot for people who need a room for a night or two while they are traveling. We handle all the bookings ourselves. Sometimes the phone rings too much and other times it stays quiet for hours. We spend a lot of time making sure the hallways are swept and the rooms are ready. It is a local business through and through. We don't have a big corporate office telling us how to run things. If a light bulb goes out, we just go out and buy a new one ourselves. The neighborhood has a lot of traffic, especially with the bank being so close, but inside the building it is usually okay. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. Guests usually find us because they have some kind of work to do in Bhawanipur. We don't offer anything over the top or fancy. It is just a bed, a roof, and some basic furniture. We try to be helpful when people ask us for directions. It is a lot of work keeping a place like this going every single day.
