Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have been operating from this plot for many years. It is a small space, packed with all sorts of items. We deal with plastic goods mostly, but in a place like this, you end up doing a bit of everything. There is no room for a fancy showroom or a big office. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling and boxes in every corner. It’s loud, it’s hectic, and it’s how we’ve always done business. We don’t have a website or do any online advertising. People just know us because we’ve been here so long. We talk to our customers face-to-face every day. Sometimes the traffic on Rabindra Sarani is so bad that even walking is hard, but that’s just life in Barabazar. We focus on keeping our prices fair and our stock ready. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to keep our small spot running and serve the people who come into the market. It’s a tough environment but we are used to it. It is just honest, hard work in a very busy part of the city. We have a lot of history in this plot.
