M/S Ramco Industries Ltd.

Our Navi Mumbai office for M/S Ramco Industries Ltd. is located in Kamothe, specifically at Flat 102, Plot 202 in the B-Wing of Aniruddha Heights. Being in Sector-35 puts us in a growing part of the city. The office is in a residential-commercial building, which is quite typical for this area. It is a functional space where we handle the regional work. We’ve got the usual setup—desks, a few computers, and cabinets full of documents. Kamothe has changed a lot lately, and being in Aniruddha Heights gives us a good base to operate from. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. You just take the elevator up to the first floor and we’re right there. Most of our time is spent managing the industrial side of the business, talking to suppliers, and making sure the paperwork is in order for the different projects we are involved in. The B-Wing is usually busy with people going about their day. It is a very normal, practical environment. We don't use any fancy language or have big meetings in boardrooms; we usually just talk over a desk or in the small pantry area. It is about getting the daily tasks finished and staying on top of the schedule. The windows give us a view of the sector, which is always developing. We like being part of the local landscape here in Navi Mumbai, just doing our job without any fuss or pretension.
