Mr.Ashok Kumar Bhasin

If you head down to Thakurpukur in Kolkata, you’ll find us on Jaigir Ghat Road. We are at C-17, and Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhasin is the one who’s been here the longest. The road can get pretty crowded, especially when the weather is hot and everyone is out and about. Thakurpukur has that classic Kolkata feel where everything is a bit cramped but somehow it all works. The office at C-17 isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhasin usually has a cup of tea on his desk while he’s looking over papers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really gotten around to it yet because there’s always something else to do. Being on Jaigir Ghat Road means there’s always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few days. It’s a very local atmosphere. We don't have a receptionist or anything formal like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest just goes to the door to see who it is. Kolkata-63 is a busy area, but our little corner at C-17 stays consistent. It’s just a group of people working together in a space that feels like it’s been part of the neighborhood forever. We don't really try to impress anyone with the building; we just focus on the day-to-day stuff that needs finishing. It's a simple life here.
